1) After you've read all of this and you've decided
that this is for you, simply e-mail or call me and we'll discuss
your start date and timeslot.
2) Once we agree on a schedule I will e-mail you a URL
for you to register thorugh the national office.
3) Register and pay the $105.00 per child application
fee online to the national ISR office. When you
register your child(ren) you will be asked specific
questions regarding your child's medical history. All
answers are strictly confidential. This will better
enable us to cater to your child's specific aquatic and
health needs.
4) Once the national office has approved your child for
lessons you will receive an e-mail that will have your
start date and time. Soon after your e-mail approval
you will receive through snail mail your parent packet
which includes the Parent Resource Book and DVD.
Start dates and timeslots are not guaranteed until
your application is confirmed and your non-refundable
first week's deposit is received.
Cost
for weekly lessons is $65.00 per week, payable on
Friday for the upcoming week.
